Today I Learnt.

A series where hosts speak about recent discoveries they have made which they consider might be of interest to the HPR Community.

Introduction:

In this episode I continue the series "Today I learnt.." which was started by Dave Morriss in HPR 4002

Show notes:

I mention that I first tried to remove the password from my pdf using the excellent pdf manipulation program Okular recommended to me by Dave Morriss.

After some googling I found the following solution to my password protected PDF.

The command line program I used to remove the password from my pdf was qpdf.

This is the Man page documentation for qpdf

This is the command I used to remove the password in my pdf

Qpdf —decrypt protected.pdf unprotected.pdf
